Kafkaesque Today a student called with certain pressing financial concerns so I tried to contact financial aid on her behalf. While on hold for 20 minutes I tried to find an e-mail address. Instead of an e-mail address, they had a form that you could fill out with your complaint.
In the pull-down menu where you can enter your occupation one of the occupations is "financial aid staff."
